The above rates are nightly and do not reflect holiday periods.

There is a 10% Occupancy Tax at North Lake Tahoe. This is in addition to the above rates.

Other Fees: Cleaning fee $125.00

Security deposit: $300.00.

• 5 night minimum for Christmas.
• 7 night minimum for New Year's.
• 4 night minimum for July 4th.
• 4 night minimum for August.
• 2 night minimum at other times.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Terms
The Condo is available after 4 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the Condo should be vacated by 11 AM.

A $100 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due four weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than four weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within four weeks prior to arrival will forfeit all payments (with the exception of cleaning fee and security deposit which will be returned) unless we can rent the unit to someone else. Because of this we recommend that you look into cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance is available from companies like InsureMyTrip.com.

If we don't receive your balance within four weeks prior to arrival and you have not cancelled your reservation, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and your deposit forfeit.

Assuming that you have no accidents that damage the property, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure.

One set of bed linen and towels is provided with the rental.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Payment

Payment of the initial holding deposit and the final balance can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or by mailing us a check. Let us know which payment method you choose and we'll send you an invoice via PayPal or through the mail.

You don't need to have an existing PayPal account to pay by PayPal. If we send you an invoice via PayPal, the invoice will lead you through the simple steps of signing up.
